I’m currently upset at the outcome of this event that got me so outrage that I’m still mad as I type this article. What I’m about to share will surely make you think twice about picking the right online florist when deciding who going to ship flowers for you. This event happen this pass Valentine’s Day and I was fuming when the orders of roses didn’t follow through. I hope you are prepared to hear what I have to say about a particular online florist who couldn’t keep their word.
I was searching online for an florist who could send flowers overseas to my husband who is serving in the military on base in Hawaii. I would say that I’m pretty well knowledge with using the Internet to find what I need and for this moment I was looking for “delivery flowers to Hawaii”.
I took my time looking over the first page of search results and was comparing prices to each website that was listed. My first choice was 800Flowers.com, they had the best price and was available to ship to Hawaii but just not that day I wanted it to arrive in which was the day of Valentines. So I had to scratch that site off the listed and picked the second most reasonable online flower shop, Flora2000.com.
I read through their site and they was more expensive rate on shipping but also weren’t providing shipping on the day I wish it to be shipped, but they were available to ship it on the day before which I decided it was better early then late.
I put in my order, confirm the address and the date it will arrive and provided my credit card to make the purchase. To make a long story short the flowers did not arrive on the date it was stated, which was the day before Valentines and until today (4 days later) it still haven’t arrived! I tried calling the phone for Flora2000.com and did not get any response or was able to leave a voice mail, their 24×7 online live chat was “not working” and to top it off I get a email today stating that my flowers has been delivered my credit card was being charged! No flowers and I still have to pay for it?!?
I just sent a reply to their “notification of delivery” email and let me tell you, my email was heated and asked for a FULL REFUND from Flora2000.com!
One last word, If you plan to send flowers abroad or send flowers anywhere, make sure you do your research properly an thoroughly because this can happen to almost anyone. I’m extremely upset and will say it again, Flora2000.com is one of those online florist site that you should not trust!

That’s unfortunate. Most of the florist do face issues delivery at military base. I have been using Flora2000.com to send flowers to my mom in Australia and I am pleased always with the kind of “WOW” I get from my mom.
Maybe you can try them to send at a non-military area.
